
新内阁成员确定!总理Bill English公布新名单

新西兰先驱报中文网 Renee 编译 12月12日,Bill English正式成为新西兰新总理后,其新内阁备受瞩目,今日(12月18日)下午,Bill English在惠灵顿公布了其新内阁成员名单。
此次内阁改组包括四个新部长 - 第二任国会议员Alfred Ngaro(直接进入内阁);其他三位分别是Mark Mitchell,Jacqui Dean和David Bennett。
谈到新的部长,Bill English说,之所以选择Ngaro直接进入内阁,因为他拥有丰富广泛的解决社会议题和作为国会议员的经验,并且非常有说服力,“我们希望他在政治辩论中能够推动解决这些社会问题”。
据悉,新的内阁团队将更年轻化,Simon Bridges和Amy Adams得到大力提拔,他们成为总理的智囊团(Kitchen Cabinet)成员之一。
交通部长Simon Bridges被提拔为前五名内阁成员之一,接任Steven Joyce成为经济发展部部长。另外,他还担任财务和通讯部副部长的角色,同时继续担任交通部长。
Amy Adams继续担任司法部长的同时,接任Bill English成为新西兰公屋署部长,并接任Paula Bennett成为社会住房部部长。她还将担任副财务部长。
Judith Collins不再担任警察部长和惩教部长,转而担任税务部部长,能源和资源部部长,以及少数民族社区部长。
Bill English表示,Judith Collins拥有企业和商业经验,她在这方面的天赋,将使她在新的职位上大展拳脚。
原妇女事务部部长Louise Upston进入内阁,接任Judith Collins成为惩教处部长。
另外,Nick Smith的头衔从建筑和住房部部长变为建筑和建设部长。Bill English表示,新的头衔更好地反映了他负责规划和监管规则的作用和角色。
副总理Paula Bennett担任警察部和妇女事务部部长,还将继续担任国家服务和气候变化部部长。
Steven Joyce成为新的财政部长,同时担任基础设施部长。
此前宣布辞职的Murray McCully将于明年离开国会,目前将继续担任外交部长一职。
Hekia Parata,也将在大选后离开国会,目前将继续担任教育部长直到明年5月。
Nikki Kaye在乳腺癌治疗结束后重返国会,担任部长职位,明年5月将成为新的教育部长。
