But at times they make your head shake in horror when they drop an absolute jaw-dropping comment in public.
有时候他们在公众场合说出的话实在太可怕，能让你惊恐地连连摇头。
Absolute：/ˈæb.sə.luːt/ 完全的；全部的；绝对的；毋庸置疑的
Jaw-dropping ：/ˈdʒɔːˌdrɒp.ɪŋ/ 令人惊愕的，令人震惊的
While all parents love their children, sometimes they wish they'd have just left them at home after being humiliated in front of a group of strangers.

2. "I went to the pool with my little brother and sister and there was a dwarf there and my little bro screamed and pointed 'LOOK ITS AN OOMPA LOOMPA'. I've ever been so embarrassed."
2、“有一天我和小弟弟还有妹妹一起去游泳池，那里有一个侏儒，然后我的小弟弟指着那个人尖叫‘看啊那有一个奥柏伦柏人’。我从来没有那么尴尬过。”
Dwarf：/dwɔːf/ 矮子，侏儒
OOMPA LOOMPA：奥柏伦柏人（电影巧克力工厂中负责生产巧克力的小矮人）
3. "My eldest son, as a preschooler, was obsessed with trucks. Problem was, he pronounced 'tr' as an 'f' sound. In a busy Birkenhead supermarket car park he excitedly pointed at a delivery vehicle and shouted: 'Truck!' with all his effing effort. People stopped in their tracks to look at me with my son, as he pointed at another huge delivery vehicle and hollered with all the gusto he could manage 'Big FFF-UCK!!!'"
3、“我的大儿子，作为一个学龄前儿童，非常痴迷卡车。问题是，他会把‘tr’发成‘f’的音。在繁忙的Birkenhead超市停车场，他超级兴奋地指着一辆运货车大喊：‘Truck（Fuck）！’简直特么的竭尽全力。大家纷纷停了下来，看着我和我儿子，然后他又指着另一辆大货车，热情洋溢地说‘Big FFF-UCK!!!’”
Effing：/ˈef.ɪŋ/ （用于加强语气，具有冒犯性）该死的
Holler：大声叫喊 /ˈhɒl.ər/
Gusto：/ˈɡʌs.təʊ/（尤指对参加表演的）兴致勃勃，热情
4. "My man's son turns around and said, 'Dad that man looks like the one off your favourite program'... Dad replied 'What show?'. He said 'porn'... We both looked at each other... And said 'what?'... And he said 'you know, the porn show... the one that buys and sells things'... Lol so funny , he meant pawn stars... We so laughed..."
4、“我男人的儿子转过头来说，‘老爸那个男的看起来好像你最喜欢的电视节目里的一个人’……爸爸回复说‘哪个节目？’他说‘porn（色情片）’……我们俩面面相觑……又问了一句‘什么节目？’……他说‘你知道的嘛，就是那个the porn show（色情节目）啊……那个会买卖东西的节目’……太搞笑了，他说的是《典当之星》（pawn stars）……我们俩快笑死了……”

5. "My brother calls the police 'pigs'. One time we got pulled up and my son tells them to 'go away u pig s**t'. Such an embarrassing moment."
5、“我弟给警察取的名字是‘猪’。有一次我们被警察拦下之后，我儿子对他们说‘滚远点你们这些蠢猪’。太尴尬了。”
