A llama and thirteen other animals escaped from a German petting zoo, leading officers on a frantic chase as they rampaged through the streets.
本周二，一只美洲驼和其他十三只动物从德国一家宠物动物园“出逃”。它们在大街上横冲直撞，穿梭于车辆之间时引得德国警方只能跟在它们屁股后面疯狂追赶。

The furry fugitives slipped through a hole of their enclosure's fence in Cologne on Tuesday and made a mad dash for freedom.
据悉，这些“毛茸茸的逃犯”是从科隆一家动物园里跑出来的。
fugitives：逃亡者，逃犯
The escapees, nine sheep, two donkeys, one llama, a pony and a dwarf bull, ran in all directions across the city.
逃走的动物里，有九只绵羊、两头驴、一只美洲驼、一匹小马和一头矮牛。
pony：小马
dwarf bull：矮牛，迷你牛
Shocked bystanders snapped the llama boldly trotting past traffic on a busy road and wandering through a park.
围观群众们纷纷拿出手机捕捉到那只美洲驼“作死”地在车流中小跑，随后窜进一座公园。
boldly：胆大地
trot：小跑
Meanwhile the pony and donkeys made their way into a resident's back garden.
与此同时，小马和驴子还跑到周边居民的后院去了。
Other animals were spotted wandering around a children's playground and grazing on the grass.
其他动物被人发现当时正站在一座儿童乐园里悠闲地嚼着草。
