新西兰先驱报中文网 Sara 编译 今天一大早，英语姐迷迷糊糊打开手机，看到NZ Herald手机版推送了一条新闻，标题提到Bomb Chaos（炸弹引发的混乱），吓得立马清醒了，还以为哪里遭遇恐怖袭击了呢！
定睛一瞧，原来新闻题目中还有个“Weather”，全名叫“Live weather bomb chaos: Flights diverted, slips and flooding”（直播天气炸弹带来的混乱：航班绕道、山体滑坡、洪水）。
原来，是冷空气要过境新西兰，带来狂风暴雨，甚至洪水滑坡……这都什么时候了，快2月份了啊，盛夏！盛夏呢！还我的盛夏！

The Rescue Coordination Centre New Zealand co-ordinated the rescue from a flooded river flat in the Southern Alps.

"The man managed to get out of the river but the woman was swept 300 metres downstream before washing up on a small island. RCCNZ identified a break in the weather and Garden City Helicopters made the rescue.
